Apologies. What I was referring to was the 7 day boosts you can buy additionally to fast track your rewards. I see them in the webstore, but not in-game.

I just ordered the Platinum Pass and got 1 day and then ordered the Double Track Event Boost and got only 1 day.

There's a 7-day boost for $5 and a 1-day boost for $2. Sounds like you bought a 1-day boost.
@Furrymoosen ok the rest just came through. 1 came first then after 10 minutes the others came through. The one may have been for completing one of the objectives so I guess I just received all the Platinum boosts up to day 9
@Furrymoosen exactly what happened it seems. I claimed the 4 free weekly items through the webstore at the same time and they came immediately but the boost took a while. so I have 1 out of 2 objectives done, Day 1 Gold Track and up to Day 9 Platinum Track
Even though I haven’t seen any official clarification, I’m guessing you can only get the Double Track Event Boosts via the Kabam webstore. And then in-game you can’t until February 3rd…..
If that’s the case, then I can’t say I totally understand why. Double Track Event Boosts have been available to purchase in-game on day one in the past. So why isn’t it now?
