I missed out on a piece. How do I get it? I heard it cost 5000 units but I don’t see it in the store

    The banquet milestones. They haven't started yet.

    Once the final piece is no longer available it will go up in the store for 5000 units in a selector.

    They have not. Every deathless champ has had their selector appear after their last piece was no longer available but before time expired on the ability to dupe them in Spring of Sorrow, Winter of Woe, or Summer of Suffering. I'd expect it to pop up within a week of the end of the Banquet.
