    Chronoslayer mentioned above is actually quite good and I wouldn't be surprised if it was along those lines.

    If titles were written by Deadpool:

    "Unofficial Intern"
    "Over 9000 (hours)"
    "Thumb master"

    All of these are a contender be a rare or uncommon title summoners can get for completing an Easter egg or a Cipher after it is completed by say 10000 summoners.
    5th one should be awarded for defeating The Grandmaster 25 times.
    On 50th time it should be "Ah! Here he comes again"
