  Ghost because she’s not a 7* but if you don’t like playing her then an awakened Guardian is the first step towards a high sig Guardian and he will be useful progressing through story content.

  From those options, and understanding you don’t like Ghost, I vote Punisher 2099. He will complete a lot of heal block content for you during the middle stages of the game. Later on you’ll get better champs.
