I'm just hoping they start the realm event at the right time or slightly before banquet. Don't have it start an hour late.
Hadn’t even thought of that but it probably is safest to wait a day or at least a couple hours before opening anything to make sure there are no bugs or other hiccups.

Hoping the realm event doesnt take away anything from the solo and alliance milestones. It would be kind of sucky to be reliant on the whales out there to get full rewards.

They already mentioned on stream. The realm event is just extra rewards on top of existing solo and alliance rewards.

Problem is, unless you compare to last year, nothing "exists" to us yet, it's all still in the air I guess
If the rewards were good and information was released on dec 6 it could have made the hype and also helped the f2p type players to grind arena and many players to search alliance quickly to not miss out on rewards but now who will want info when you can see the actual rewards after 2 days

Banquet news wouldn't have changed unit grinding in the slightest. Units have value far beyond the banquet. If players wanted units for the banquet, they would've already started farming them a long time ago, and if the banquet ended up being disappointing then they would have the units on hand for other things.
Today is 16th at my place, and banquet starts in like 4 days and 10 hours. This is really quite late. i mean, they released the info on the crystal opening realm event really early in comparison to this

A lot of people just don't seem to care about finding out the details before the event starts, and are probably annoyed at all the forums posts about it
wow i only talked about how it was late and there is realm event happening so a good chunk of player base should have the info if they are not making the cut for all milestones in the realm event

take look at previous realm event announcement date in comparison to when they started and last year banquet milestones announcement date
There may be possibility they further not tell anything about event and directly introduce it on 20th because In last stream they told a little about banquet event they just not told about the milestone only They may introduce it directly

Yeah, it got closed before I could clarify. I thought it obviously sounded fake, and the "secret source" comment was meant to drag it out a bit more. It probably wasn’t, and I may be I crossed the line somewhere. I knew I would get bashed for it, though. Wasn't noticed it was Sunday, post was active 1 day too many
They did respond to my other post with a date, so it was kind of worth it to ease my anxiety and others who were waiting. And I guess some people found it funny
