I totally get why the OP is upset. Truthfully Rulk isn’t the worst champ in the pool but you’d always much rather have the shiny new “top tier champ of the moment” than one that’s been around for years. Believe me I feel your pain, and then some. Here’s what happened with my 2 Titans today:
I’ve got all my fingers and toes crossed for a hulk-type buff for this guy.
You got great taste yes let's hope he gets a OG hulk type buff worthy of being called the best buff of all times we will get this heated beast his buff no matter what.

I would trade you for him and R3 him immediately. It's sad you underestimate him so much.
Red Hulk is a very straight forward champ with good immunities and solid damage despite him being added all the way back in 2016. That being said, he does need a Buff. He's pretty low on the list of priorities but I'd love to see him get a utility focused buff sometime in the future that allows him to excel even more in tougher Mystic matchups.
Currently, beyond his passives, he doesn't have much utility that's standard for most Science champions. He has nothing to deal with abilities that would punish Buffs, nothing to deal with Ability Power Rate, and no ability to lower Regeneration Rate like with much of the Science class. He doesn't even inflict enough debuffs to allow him to work with the Despair Mastery.
His damage is fine but his utility is lacking. There are better champions you can pull from the titan and worse. If you got him, you got a good pull. Be thankful it wasn't Patriot or a Patriot dupe.

Cool fact about Red Hulk, he's not immune to incinerate or poison. It applies and he removes it and he gains a heat charge from it. But he's not immune. If you bring AA you can still apply neurotoxins if you time everything correctly.
Another cool fact, he was buffed before.
Mystics and energy based champs are his best matchups. Energy hits ramp him faster. I'm not even sure what you mean by "his passives".
Any path that has poison or incinerate will ramp him quickly. His red numbers also mean he can bypass nodes like rage or damage caps.

I'm aware of all that and I should've been more specific when I talked about his "immunities." As for what I meant by passives, I was talking about his Heat Charges. They're not buffs so Mystic champions can't take advantage of them and he can build up his damage easily against Mystics. I also wasn't trying to say he had no utility. But compared to others in the Science class, he's lacking a little bit.
RH has got the damage but could benefit from a small buff designed to build off his abilities and allow him to handle a little more.
Dont use him at all so I can't remember - do the heat charges carry over between fights? If not then I think that would be a good start to a buff, even though he was buffed already in 2018.

No he needs to ramp up every fight. He ramps faster vs mystics and energy attacks
He's only ever been used in those aw nodes where you needed his immunities but now he's even outdated in that. P.S you don't get a Kabam check for how hard you defend them.
I can't trust anything from someone who can't properly use quotes on the forums. No wonder you have the opinions you have.
i’ve seen you in multiple discussions glazing rhulk, op is rightfully upset. rhulk has no business being in the titan pool, he’s outdated and we should have gotten a mutant instead. 20k shards for this is a spit in the face.
i completely agree with you, if this is their way of “increasing the value” of the titan crystal then they are headed in the wrong direction. guaranteed this is to promote the movie coming up. adding rhulk to the titan pool for 20k freaking shards was very disrespectful and unappreciative of our time no matter how many glazers say otherwise.
