Purchased Champ Deal By mistake

By mistake I purchased the 7 star America Chavez Bundle worth 9.5k units and want refund but Kabam Support can’t help me out because I can’t provide answers to my account ownership questions,I don’t have access to the mail I used/linked to kabam id since it has been deleted for a very long time now and don’t remember my original ingame name as I have changed it many times. I have been grinding and saving my units for banquet for a very long time now and now I can’t get them back. I do have access to my kabam account , I can login in game and on forums is there any way I can get help from kabam.

    I don't see why not. Cant the reverse it anyways? If it isn't his account then they can tell whoever it is to buy it again

    Nope! Doesn't work that way. This means anyone can file a support ticket and get purchases reversed on somebody else's account.

    Account validation is extremely important and unfortunately done poorly by many players here.

    How do you sign-in to play the game?
    I still don’t get how this happens to people.

    I created my account in 2014. I definitely would have an issue in regards of validating my account. I can’t even remember the security questions. Hopefully I will never have this kind of situation, it’s frightening
