Are the banquet crystals two plates of hot trash?

What are your honest thoughts on these new banquet crystals?

I feel like the RG and the crystals is on full display. Nothing good is coming from them and this year the milestones are not adequate.
What are your thoughts?

    I opened like 50+ sbc's and most of it is t6basic and t6cc, 2k titan shards and 18k 7 star shards, the drop rates are horrendous. Kabam got us hyped up by saying they got rid of most of the filler rewards in the crystals ☹️☹️☹️

    It's RnG though. Always how it goes. I've seen a few people pulling 7* vision/thanos/Kang. I myself got 3k shards of t7b.

    No it's not. It's lucky. You really think they gonna put anything other than the smaller drop rate on the most coveted new Catalyst of all the very first time they ever appear?

    I put down about 12K units and was hoping to come away with at least one Titan crystal but I got about 10K shards in total. So that was a tad bit disappointing.

    That being said, I got about 45K regular 7* shards and was very lucky with those crystals - a new Negasonic, as well as awakenings for both Chee and Onslaught. I'm really happy with all three of those pulls.

    As for rank-ups, I managed to take up Stryfe, Wong and Guillotine 2099 to r2, so I'm basically all set for the various Carinas now. I also have enough to r3 two champs, when I get enough t6cc for that. I used up most of what I had for those three rank-ups.

    Always take the guaranteed value over RNG. I know there's a mystery to these events, but 99.9% of the time, the results are disappointing...

    A lot of what is in it as stated in this thread and others we could easily get from other areas of the game. If it wasn’t minuscule drops like 1/4 t6c it might not be so bad but ugh. Also not seeing t7b in my inventory even though I’ve pulled shards. Anyone else?
