I don't see where the fairness is, I bought tickets to exchange for an upgraded crystal, I paid $50 to exchange one crystal for 300.. but you didn't even count it as a single event as a purchase. This is unfair. After this banquet, my emotions are very bad, I just want to delete the game and I will not buy your offers anymore. Only if there is some compensation.
