I’ve an R3 vox. He’s a well balanced attacker. his degen can’t be glanced, counters auto block and one of the best raid attacker.but he really needs the dupe. And there are better cosmic are there like serpent, hyperion. if you are not in a hurry to rank up someone to r3, I’d say hold on to your gem.

My only issue is the degens are not passive so can be cleansed, but this won't happen often so it doesn't matter that much.
I have a cosmic 2-3 gem, and he’s easily my best cosmic as of now. Is he worthy of the rank?
I have my vox r3, unless it gets you valiant then no. His damage output at rank 2 is enough. You won't encounter many rights you'll need an r3 to finish the right in one sp2(including degens)
I like Vox but he falls into the same category as Gorr for me, solid champs that I hardly feel the need to use anywhere. I personally have mine at R2 and he'll probably stay there for a while
Vox was my MVP for 9.2 beta - he has relevant immunities, autoblock and miss counter, and easy access to outrageous damage that no one is immune to. Even if you can't stick the degens, the buffs do add up to big yellow numbers.
The undermine is really useful since there's a lot of "true strike / true sense hate" nodes/abilities, but nothing to really stop undermine.
Ppl are too bg-pilled, so for the most part he does not rank high in their "tier lists". But then again, they don't really have him ranked up to base that judgement off of. A r1 vox will not be fast enough for bgs, yes. A r3 tho, is strong enough where he takes most matchups in a couple sp1s. He is pretty decent for bgs, takes almost all meta non-mystic fights in consistently decent time (admittedly not sub-30 second fights, but definitely good enough time for 90% of players). A couple of sp1s is all it takes.
If u want sm for competitive bgs, take a different pick. However, if u want sm viable across the entire game, I would happily recommend vox. A ton of dmg and utility, and the cherry on top, he's just really comfortable to play.

I have the complete opposite experience lol. I've had vox at r3 for almost a year. He does everything I need from a cosmic, and more. So I hardly feel the need to rank up any other cosmic. The only other cosmic r3 I have is serpent, who covers the defensive side.

One of the charms of the game I guess. Probably cause I'm more battlegrounds-oriented

He doesn't really need r3 for anything outside of story. There's no situation I've run into in eq/bgs/aw/aq where I wouldn't have had the fight change if mine was r2. Alot of people overhype him because he's cool. Realistically, you don't need him r3 over r2 for anything post story

Took him to r3 unduped way earlier, played him everywhere and he fits everywhere, even in BG, didn't even know you need dupe afterall he hits like truck and has unavoidable degen damage.
