A lot of them work well even without awakening, but who needs it most? Also, who needs the highest sig if awakened in your opinion?

    I only pulled BP, Sentinel and Sentry. I'm thinking BP, but am I correct or of those 3?

    Of those 3, yes, Black Panther needs it. He benefits from it a lot more than Sentinel and Sentry.
