Ultimate Growths Reward Pack?

Guys,I recently came to know that there is a pack of Ultimate Growths Reward which includes 7500 units and some of my friends got a 10000 reward pack for the same price,but I haven't recieved any of these pack,is there anything that I should do to get the pack?

    What level r u?
    Also what progression title (i.e uncollected, cav, throne breaker etc)

    Level 60 gets 10k. Less than level 60 get the 7500 but not all - my alt account didn’t receive it. I suspect it may be for newer accounts.

    I'm on level 52 and I'm Cav also my friends are uncollected but they get the pack like it's just a month or two gap between us
