Summoner Level - not increasing

I'm summoner level 60, but the XP doesn't seem to be increasing the level at all. Anybody else have this problem or does it just take a long time ? Does anybody know how much XP you need to increase a level. It doesn't show .

    You need that new yellow xp which is only currently available by doing daily super event and Paragon gauntlet

    This is available for Valiants only ATM.

    Hold on, does that mean that only Valiant’s can level up? That would explain why my XP meter hasn’t even moved a mm since the new level’s were introduced despite me playing more. Seriously, f**k Kabam if that’s that case. Especially because levelling up 7* costs money for T6 class cats.

    I think it might be technically possible for non-valiant. But the gold xp is worth 1000x the blue xp, and it’s been said to take a couple of months per level. So it would take a really long time to level up with just the blue xp.
