A dirt cheap necro run.

So I recently did the carina challengere necro objective with just 5 revives! I never thought it will be this cheap so I will be sharing my experience here.

Team
7* r2 duped guilly with 6* r2 sentinel relic
6* r4a max sig void
7* r2 sig 40 dhang chi
7* r1 unduped warlock
5* max sig ultron unascended.

General advice:

1) pair your high rank sentinel relic with guilly. I had 6* r2 relic which literally gives you 10% extra attack against mutants, and there are 2 on the path.
2) The warlock + ultron synergy is great for guilly since it gives you power and huge fury (60% attack) whenever you get a debuff you're immune to. It is useful in not 1 but 2 fights
3) I used all medium boosts

Fights:

Jubliee - solo. Someone mentioned about 4 hits then hold block huge shout out to them it worked everytime. After a few tries I soloed her but couldn't throw a sp3 at end.
Ibom - 1 revive. Can't do much damage since I started unramped. Took him to 65% health then died. The special 2 hits hard on block after first enrage. Warlock and ultron put some effort and took him to 35% and finished rest with guilly and got the charge. If you got a 6* max sig ultron ranked up he works exceptionally well with his regen and evade.

Diablo - solo with void. This fight was very fun and for some reason diablo regenerates (or actually degenerates) more at low health. Once set up he took 10% of health every sp1 really a fun fight.

Sq girl - solo ramped guilly is built different. The ultron+warlock synergy works very well since sgirl inflict bleed whenever she hits your block. Ended with sp3 here as well.

Silver centurion - solo. A breeze with guilly. But couldn't end with sp3 for obvious reasons.

S99 - 3 revives. This guy sucks. Shang deals good damage but us affected by stifle. Just try to keep cleanse charge up as well after half enrage only bait sp1 since 1 sp2 in block warranties you death. Took him to 5% with 3 revives and shang, then ended with guilly and ramped her up for next fight.

Sunspot - 1 revive. The ramp went waste since I rushed and ate a sp3 early. Then played slowly and soloed him. His specials are easy to dex rooted so he's easy imo.

Now a question - Is 40 revives enough for dimensional challenge run?

Would u r2 shang if u already had r2 xbones and were going to bring both?

Very informative! I just finished my 10 Year Challenge run this morning, and I’ve only got Carina’s Challengers and Mutants left! I’ll be using your guide to help me! Thank you friend!

As far as dimensional beings goes, if you have a ranked up Kushala, America, and FAM, you should be able to breeze through. I recommend MSD’s guide video!

40 should be enough for sure. Depends on how well you can play around Claire’s death touch and Shang’s node. 2099 is a pain too but that should be fine with FAM in 4-7 revives

Nah shang works fine at 1 and is affected a lot by stifles. Cb won't have that problem so keep shang at r1

Thanks @Jinxesaxe glad I could help.

And it's funny seeing MSD spending revives on a challenge he made 😜

Alright ill bring just xbones then. Did you test the og guilly synergy to see if it made a difference at 100 combo for g99? She might be a good backup for diablo as well since my void is a 5*

What is the "4 hits then hold block" thing with jubilee? Does that keep her from throwing specials or something?

Yes that’s the typical method to prevent an opponent from throwing specials. If you hold block after a non-combo ending attack, the AI regains the ability to act while your block is up and is extremely unlikely to throw a special into your block like an idiot. From there you can just (re)parry or bait and punish a heavy and repeat the process. It’s a good tech to know in general.
