Expectations for the 3 rebalances coming?

Next Monday the Jan build of the game should be out with 3 rebalances: Northstar, Arcade, and Sable
No surprise to anyone that these champs range from completely sucky to impractical so it’s nice that they’re all getting buffed. I have both of these guys at r2 (thanks Titan crystal) and I’ve used them quite a bit.
NS does have some crazy damage at max ramp but getting there is a pain. Shuri had a similar problem and they also halved the shocks needs while keeping the damage so I’m expecting that he’ll definitely perform way better. He’s pretty fun to play imo and the gambit relic works well with him. Despite not being BG focused I wonder how his usage will improve with this
Arcade is interesting. He’s a really good defender in certain metas (like this one) but once you know how to play around him he’s not as great. He’s also a fun attacker but his damage output is lacking despite having some really nice utility. The rebalance notes say that they want to “improve his poison and autoblock gameplay” so both his offensive and defensive potential will go up. I’m wondering if they’ll end up making his autoblock harder to remove or something but I’m unsure how far they’ll go. I don’t find that he hits the 4/5 defender rating (except in certain metas) so we’ll see. His attacker loop just needs way more damage so idk if they’ll tune the numbers and call it a day or add something else
Sable I know is stressful to play and has mid damage even after ramping but I don’t own her as a 7* so I’d rather have someone else note down what she needs lol
My biggest hope is for arcade as of now. He’s super super fun imo and if the damage bump and defense tuning is done right he could skyrocket in the tech class. Who are you most looking forward to seeing buffed and what are your expectations?

Northstar: Reduction to 6 momentum means he can ramp up faster. He’s basically getting the Shuri treatment. He might get a way to refresh his prowess but unlikely
Arcade: Probably more poison damage and overall dps will be higher. He might have a new ability where it’s gonna be not as easy to knock down to remove his autoblock. He’s basically getting the Attuma treatment (defensive plus offensive tune up)
Personally I am looking forward to Arcade’s rebalancing the most (I love him) and he seems to have the most potential
I’m a little worried about what Northstar’s buff is gonna be like since Kabam only mentioned reducing his ramp, which I don’t think solves enough of his problems (like being an Everest content champ who is unusable in Abyss and unideal in LoL, although that’s because of his multihits so I’m not sure how they would have fixed that anyways). I’m hopeful though. A big thing I’m hoping for is a buff to his pauses, I feel like you’re often locked into throwing only sp1 unless you use sp3 first, which limits the reverb you can get off sp2. Also please Kabam change the Iceman synergy, removing your pauses on heavy is pretty much a nerf that limits his playstyle flexibility.
And Sable? God if I know. I pray that they pull a rabbit out of a hat and make her good, because I have no clue how they’d go about it (at least in a way that isn’t super boring like removing the mine mechanics).
For Defense maybe make his autoblock work better similar to Guardian when hit with a Special. Oh, and bump his PI a bit.
The only rebalance I care about.
That will make him annoying on defense as well to increase the debuff damage maybe scale with his base attack to not make him too op on defense
