Fantmans Sig against x force dp

in Bugs and Known Issues
In fants sig it states "when antman would lose more than 10% of his max hp in a single source other than sp3 he caps it at 10% and gets a 5% heal" so how come the shbleed deboof bypasses his Sig if it's a single source of burst damage? His Sig prevents galans harvest as well and it's more or less the same thing

    Most likely it’s because while the shbleed dooboof damage is shown as one number, it’s actually 20-30 instant bursts of damage occurring at the same time, condensed into one number for clarity. Much like Shuri or any champ that stacks lots of DOT, the numbers eventually condense into one tick, but that damage is actually a sum from multiple sources. This is different from Galan where that burst of damage comes from one source: the end of his harvest.
