Banquet T6CC missing from account

As shown in image 10th reward is T6CC crystal but I'm not able to find in my account.
Any idea to whom to report it

    I have collected that last week and now i was looking for rank up material for mystic t6CC i remember we got that from banquet but on my account its missing
