Can’t claim alliance banquet rewards

I’ve been in the alliance for the 2 week period however this overlapped with the event and the red box timer just disappeared however I can’t claim the rewards? Even though I have a high enough personal contribution? What’s the situation? There’s only a couple days left, will I be left without?

    Try rebooting a couple of times. If that doesn’t work popping a banquet crystal will probably release it. It has worked that way in the past. Try it with one of the small crystals is my advice.

    You have to open another Banquet crystal because you just now became eligible for the rewards.

    It's not working, I have 35,500 points and the rewards are not loading to claim. Idk what to do..

    Did you try what the comment just above you said ?

    If you had just reached the 14 day requirement in your alliance, and have NOT opened at least one more Banquet Crystal *AFTER* having reached the 14 day time.
    Then, follow advice, and open 1 more Banquet Crystal to unlock the rewards.
