What is that character in the back of the new loading screen

When I logged in on the first day of the new update with all banquet stuff I saw this weird looking astronomical blue kind of guy and whatever I go to the website he always pops up for a slip second and then goes away it's weird if you guys have any opinions or guesses on what this is please tell me cuz I am confused.

It's summoner he's the main character Essentially, he's the "Cool" character you play as but you don't know much about
