Is sinister more useful than hulk for 9.1?

  If the opponent can be stunned, they're both great for nearly everything. Rank up the one you enjoy the most. In reality, they're both fine at R2 for clearing content. Might be worth waiting and seeing if you get someone from the rewards that you want to rank up more.

  Didn't use either so I cant say for sure, but just so you know, if you have a serpent, they are great for 9.1. Mine did most of it for me. And if I had to choose between sinister or hulk id say sinister

  As a r3 owner of Hulk I'll speak for him, since I missed out on Sinister. He does a great job in 9.1. Stun lock, great damage. He can clear paths for you.

  I mean they're equally good but in very different ways. Hulk is who I used in 9.1 for a large large number of fights, basically any fight that doesn't require a super specific ability or loads of buff gaining (Which Sinister doesn't really handle any better anyways). The stun lock rotation is crazy, but you want to make sure that using it your opponent actually dies within the restricted time. Mr Sinister is just as good but his rotation is a lot more fluid and doesn't have a high risk attached to it. For that reason alone I would rank up Hulk first. The extra damage is going to give him a massive power spike compared to sinister as you'll be able to bypass so many more fights. Then once you're done with 9.1 use the rewards to R3 Sinister and you're balling
