6* champs not available as 7*

Please guide me on where I can get the updated list of champs not available as 7 stars.
Need some ascensions to make.

The ones most worth ascending at least (in no particular order):

Torch, Kate, Doom, CGR, Scorpion, Galan, Herc, Valkyrie, Hulkling, Ghost, Nimrod, Kitty, FAM, Nick Fury, Absorbing Man, Ibom, Red Mags, Claire, Tigra

There's a handful on the edge, like Iceman, Mr. F, Spiderman Supreme, Stealthy and a couple others, but I'd probably focus on those above first.

6* Red Mags maxed and ascended is the top necessity in my opinion. I wore out my 5 star like an old pair of shoes until I pulled the 6 a few weeks ago, and I immediately prioritized ranking him up, over all 7s too.
