Where are the Alliance rank rewards?

What happened to our rewards for Alliance ranked rewards? I have been watching this and been spending to stay in rank, under participants I was ranked 6 so I should be getting the Scarlet Witch and other things. Now when I look under it there is a leadership board and its showing everyone for an alliance event?? what's up with this. it was just our alliance hence Alliance event and now it includes everyone? That's what the realm rank rewards are for..This is some misleading BS.

    So you thought that because you ranked 6th in your alliance, you get the 6th place alliance rewards? Is that the gist of this?
