How do you change the forum username (offtopic)

So I am not really sure where to ask this because i couldn't really find a support function anywhere to ask kabam support about this, so I might as well ask here, I can't change my username and I am unsure why, as when I hover over the change username button the cursor becomes a red sign( so basically not able to).
