Kabam support services s*ck

Hi guys. I’m here to tell you what is happening with kabam support cause it seems that all the money they received is just not working for their employees. I played the necro and in accidentally got out with all my progress reset. I wrote inmediately to kabam and they haven’t give me any kind of answer. I’m really tired of this. Such a “professional” service for this guys really means nothing, I show you prove of this.

    Support has been backed up during the holidays. They might still be processing support ticket backlogs. I would have thought that would be clearing up by now, but it might still be happening.

    it takes roughly 24 hours for them to receive the ticket and give a response. Not only that, your ticket isn't the only one that's on their list.

    Be patient with them.

    I’ve honestly only ever had great interactions and responses from the support team.

    Even when I’ve raged at Kabam for other issues here, anytime I’ve sent in a ticket it’s ultimately been resolved to satisfaction.

    It’s also possible (I don’t know their ticket sorting system) that each time you submit a new message it removes you from your original place in the queue and repositions you - meaning they will get to your ticket even later.

    Wait until OP has to call any customer service call center and hold in line for 45+ min while listening to Careless Whisper on loop...
