How will newer players obtain deathless champs as they progress?

Now that the deathless mausoleum is permanent content how will players that were not in a position to gain some of the deathless champions on their initial release be able to gain them going forward. I see that Kabam posted a note regarding the store and adding another piece of vision to it and they stated that there is at least 1 part of each of the other champs in permanent content but will Kabam release pieces of them in other temporary content going forward or will the store be the only way to acquire the final pieces of the champs from now on?

Kabam please could you give some indication?

    All pieces are currently obtainable, and all of them were already available in temporary content.

    I do not know of any plans to make them available again

    I think getting the pieces in the store is the only way right now, there are pieces in some content/challenges but they're like 3 and I think there's none for vision. I don't think they'll allow to get the pieces through content again, at least not soon.

    I can tell you what the problem is, if you are missing out on 3 or more pieces you see your self in front of a 15k+ Unit Wall and this is kind of stressful to climb if you are ftp.
    And even then it is an absurde amount of Units to just be able to play certain content.
    Not to mention the need of Units to then pull through necro with the Deathless team.
    Play content that has been known to be locked without the deathless champions for a whole year.

    They were a limited chase, they will probably come back in a year but they were aimed at endgame players

    Thats what kabam said in about 2026 there be back just right now they wanna let those that grinded all year have thanos before it opens up again

    Well in my case its a bit more tricky.
    At the time deathles King Groot was available my account wasn‘t good enough to get the pieces so i got only two. Guilli was a bit better, i‘m only one short, but from there on i put some more effort in it and went through all the stuff.
    All my Acts are on 100%, necro too and the 10Y Carinas are all done too, except the deathless.
    So what am i to do now?
    My only chance is to grind my way on to 20k and buy the pieces.
    And i‘m pretty sure i‘m not the only one who is stuck in this fate.
    Waiting one year hoping for some new ways to get it seems not like an good option to me.

    My point is that if your account wasn’t strong enough to play end game content at the time of releasing the deathless pieces then currently the only way to complete the mausoleum, even after picking up the single pieces of champs available in permanent content, is to spend an additional 85,000 units (5000units per missing piece) which effectively means it will be unlikely that any newer players will ever complete this content whether it’s permanent or not.

    A couple of posts have suggested that there will be chance next year (2026) to obtain pieces of these champs again through limited content which makes perfect sense and hopefully this will be the case. I just wondered if Kabam had actually stated this somewhere or if it was just speculation.

    Kabam Crashed did state this in a Twitch Livestream. While I understand things may change but to be honest there was similar conversation when they released the 7* Showcase permanent content and not everyone could get a 7*....eventually they could. In time either they are going to either release new ways to get the deathless champ pieces if they want to keep them relevant and allow others to get the champions OR the deathless champs are going to become irrelevant and not worth chasing/paying for because they will have depreciated/never used beyond this one permanent content that in itself will have rewards that will eventually depreciate as well. This game is as much about economics as it is about Marvel heroes fighting.

    These post keep popping up. Kabam crashed has already stated there will be a catch up mechanic sometime near the end of this year or the following. They want to give those who earned the pieces through initial content sometime to have exclusivity with the new champs before the catchup for newer / returning players to achieve the champs.

    They missed out for now. If you're upset make sure you're ready for the next chase

    But you're not going to be waiting a year, you're going to be doing other stuff. Thanos is fun but missing out on him isn't the end of the world and I also missed out on the 7 star. The point is people are acting like he's required to even play endgame content and they're gonna be missing out but there's way more in the game than the deathless chase
