Provacateur Tag Bugged

Glorious games 1->2 rank up gem isn't usable for America Chavez(provacateur tagged).Although the rank up gem description clearly states "can only be used on # Provacateur OR #Secutor tagged champs".

    So fun news, America Chavez is not supposed to have the #Provacateur Tag, which is why she wasn't interacting with the Gem.

    Thank you for the report - we got that cleaned up and her Tags should be accurate now.
