    If star lord is duped and you’re able to maintain a combo then Howard is no competition at all. If both are unduped I’d say Howard is slightly better probably, he does have some good abilities but he’s just too random to be reliable. Might just be better off waiting if star lord isn’t duped tbh. I don’t want to say duck is bad because he does have his moments with regen and power lock, drain and all the other abilities on his sp2. Only thing letting him down is the low chance to proc each of those abilities and as I said above he’s just too random with it.

    Memes aside I would feel bad if you actually upgraded Howard over Star Lord, if Star Lord is duped he is the best tech champ aside from starky

    Idk why so many voted for Howard. Probably for a joke. Star lord is unquestionably better that The Duck. And if he's duped he's one of the best champs out there.
