Looking for 4 players for a Gold 1/Map 8 Ally

Hello there, I am the leader of Infinity Gauntlet or InfiG is the tag if you want to look at the Alliance.
I will have 4 spots open.
We run AQ Map 8/7
Bg1 runs Map 8x4 no mods
Bg2 runs Map 8x4 no mods
Bg3 just started Map 8 no mods this AQ cycle
and there has been some hiccups, I will not lie
about that but the team is determined to
weather the storm and push through and get
better.
So I am looking for folks with the patience for that and willingness to help. Ideally I would love to find someone with officer experience and would be willing to be an officer in that BG as that would help out tremendously.
AW we are Gold 1 and we have a stress free approach. We do not harp on Deaths like other alliances do but we also don't want silly rookie mistakes constantly happening either.
We are a relaxed leaning alliance that has our focus more on AQ and Raids than AW and Battlegrounds
Although we do expect/strive for 100% clearing of AQ and AW. If it falls short due to something out of someone's control we understand but if it happens dues to laziness, lack of skill or lack of roster options than those players are typically asked to leave as they may just not be ready.
Battlegrounds is optional no minimum requirements
Raids happens every 3rd week and is mandatory to join
Requirements:
Line for communication
Prestige must be 17k at the very least
Roster Depth: must have a decent amount of 6 star rank 5 or 7 stars to choose from for AQ defense and AQ and AW attack
Teamwork gotta be about the team over individual goals but if you are willing to work as a team and communicate then I am sure we will help you reach individual goals too.
