This is getting ridiculous, yesterday i had 42 minutes left on the sigil, i claim the milestones and then i think to myself to renew it. I buy it, being clueless that they will take it down. I send a refund request to the support team and this was their answer. I opened a max sig crystal which was most likley 3 or 4* and based on this they cannot refund me. Bruh, this company would save money if they would just disolve this department, they never get anything done anyway, they are there just to send emails with "we cannot"

The popular thing to do is blame them because it's easy, but in this case they are consistent in their rules for refunds. Try being better next time
