Hi I renewed my sigil in the last week or so but it's not coming up in the side bar for me to purchase stuff from the sigil store. Can anyone help. I believe I may need to put in a ticket but I've never done this so any advice would be appreciated.

The sigil is on a pause until the 27th when it re-launches.

The signal is on pause so ate we going to get the remaining of the time we had with it? Or wr just lost out the time we had remaining?

Lost out on time, will be compensated with units and Sigil credits based on how much time you had remaining

I don’t get why you needed to turn off the old system 2 weeks before the new system. I have items going to expire now because when I use them it doesn’t claim them from overflow…it claims them from the excess that was my bought and paid for sigil expanded inventory. What gives Kabam?!?
