Like a roller coaster, lots of ups and downs, ride it many times and the adrenaline and dopamine rush is kinda gone.
It feels like I have been in a dead end job for 10 years. So I will probably not get this new position...

I started my full time job as a nobody, not knowing what to do, and was told I could work whenever I wanted. Safe to say I didn’t work for 6 months after that. Then I discovered how great of a job it actually is. I made some great friends, who not only helped me with my work but taught me about life. Now, I left some friends behind and started my own mega corporation. I am a laid back leader, who dosnt contribute as much as I should, but try my best. I spend too much time working, but really enjoy it. I have expanded my work profolio to almost everything possible.
To my friends: you always have a home here, even though you left me.

Oh without letting them know it’s a game. Hmm

All you gotta say is "Exceptional team leadership", ability to build a team for difficult tasks and improve the potential of each member of the team.
TLDR: I know how to do rank ups.

    2015 - present
    Freelance trouble-shooter

Working in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry in which I am solely responsible for developing and maturing a team of specialists conducting operations necessary for the maintenance of an organisation which relies on me and my skills for order and stability. Despite many high-level challenges, I have progressed my career and been rewarded for such progress. My team are a challenging, select, group of individuals who do not always work well together, but nonetheless get the job done for me. I have a proven track-record of completing challenging, even heroic, tasks each month that some competitors have a cavalier attitude towards. I try to work in a synergistic manner with my team, but sometimes I prefer to utilise my diverse roster to deliver the results, rather than the best people, developing all of my team equally.
