Titania, her SP3’s debuffs no longer work as they should.

With all those debuffs, I’m pretty sure the opponent is meant to just stay in the corner- and allow you to haymaker them over and over.
That’s literally the whole point of Titania’s kit, yet- within the last few updates; they almost immediately throw whatever special they have almost immediately- stalling out the fight for another 10-15 seconds.
This is like the Viv vision situation all over again.
I’m curious, is anyone else here having the same issue?

she has this problem, yet is still one of the best champions imo.

she’s too good, so they “nerfed” her without nerfing her

Intimidate isn't supposed to stop them doing anything, it's just making them more likely to hold block. It was never a guaranteed thing it's just a consequence of making the ai throw specials more often

    Plus 1
Only because it's never meant to be 100%

Bro is like a year too late on this one

I’ve never noticed it before, I guess I just never really paid attention to it.
I always just went for light intercept combos, into a huge SP3.

She’s easily one of the best champs in the game. I was just curious if this issue was just me or not. Good to know that it seems to be the “not” part.

Her intimidate has been different levels of bugged for a long time.
While it isn't a 100% chance even if they worked as they should, they're nowhere near as consistent as they should be. Sometimes they work like 10% of the time, sometimes it's 40% it's very annoying

I guess I just never took note of it, since like I said- I’ve always just used light intercepts to keep my fury’s lasting longer; and would do around a 30-35 fury SP3. It’s definitely very annoying though, especially in the BG’s setting.

Is not a bug, any abilities that are below 100% chance to happen has a porcentaje to don't happen, is like 1% evende form LOL and AOL, or sig 199 CAIW, that 1% missed from the signature abilitie sometimes don't place the corresponding debuff.

Both intimidate and infuriate are no longer reliable. I notice it on gladiator, mantis, Adam warlock, and titania. You go in with the assumption that the ai will be either more defensive or aggressive and then get smacked right in the face. Really hurts several champs that rely on that mechanic

This was broken for a while, then it improved, and now it seems to have gotten worse again. Between this and some other returning bugs (the iPad screen freeze up / flickering issue) it makes me wonder if some bad code unintentionally made it back in again.

Intimidate does not guarantee the Opponent won't throw their Special Attack.
The potency of the Intimidate is in reference to the Block Proficiency Reduction, not the % Chance they don't use their Special Attack.

From a player POV, I find holding Block during and for a brief moment after her Special 3, before dashing in for a quick half combo & chaining Heavy, yields better results regarding the Opponent holding Block during her Heavy Chain loop.

Honestly, I’ve never tried this- nor realized this was exactly how it works. Thank you for the response.
    Noted from here on out.
