  Medusa, SIM or Vox for sure
  Medusa for general and BGs
  sim for questing, raids and he still does decently in bgs
  vox is also great but I'd keep him priority 3

  Yes, they are.
  
  Gladiator is really fun, with crazy damage and niche utility. Knull has both utility, damage, and can be a dual threat.
  
  Basically the only three cosmic champs you have that aren't good are Thanos (awful) and Red Goblin (mediocre); and Captain Marvel is only okay, Unawakened.
