  One thing I will say is I wish they did a reduced potency thing like Surfer and Sinister has, that way with the Willpower mastery you can be healing some of it back.

  I expect the Psychotherapy synergy (almost certainly with a new version of Jean Grey) will address that in some way.

  I think the idea is cool on paper since it's true to his character but in execution without anything to balance it out it doesn't work that well.

  Give him a new relic (whenever new relics come out) where every so often he regens a certain amount. I haven't used him before, but hopefully this will solve the problem?

  His damage is supposed to be mitigated by the sig or the option of not using the last daunted. He's not some self destruct button like everyone is making him out to be

  Agree, the tradeoff damage isn't worth it, most new mutants do more without the drawback

  Sinister relic gives a bleed to mutants through which they can heal but gentle don't benefit from it cause bleed immune.

  The more I see of this the more worse he seems to me.
  
  He is taking recoil damage on defense making him so much worse on defense, adding to it if you run him with recoil mastery you will take recoil+built-in recoil damage (who approved this kit man). He takes recoil on sp3 as well.
  
  His crit rate increase on sp2 is not enough at all, skill defenders tend to have high crit resist, he should have guaranteed crits imo.
  
  His utility is so niche that it won't show up anywhere other than bullseye. Locking pursuit behind taking bleed effect is diabolical. Bullseye is the only champ who can both evade and bleed, they could have simply said pursuit against bullseye only.
  
  Overall I think we got the worst champ of 2025 in January itself it feels. If I am missing anything please comment.

  He doesn't take extra recoil if you have recoil, it just increases the potency of his daunted. Maybe read his kit before calling him terrible when I assume you haven't played him
