A potential lost opportunity for the year of the snake

It's the year of the snake and what better champion to represent this year than the Serpent

I was thinking Kabam could have given everyone a free 5* Serpent and a unit offer to buy 6* and 7* Serpent.

The price can be any amount Kabam chooses but at least it's an opportunity to sell something related to the players.

Whether the players buy or not is up to them, at least they won't be complaining in the forums about nothing happening for the year of the snake

    Perhaps some players want to dupe their 7* serpent and it would have been a great opportunity for Kabam to sell some stuff and make money while the players get a good champion

    Lockjaw is already in game though. He used to be the profile pic of the gifting badge and he's been in a few monthly eqs as an npc.

    This sounds like nerf Serpent or give everyone a free Serpent thread. If everyone owns a 6 or 7 star Serpent, we’d be facing Serpent match ups in BG and Arena all day long. Not a promising prospect

    Going off the Marvel wikia, there's been 29 members, but 4 of them were multiple people using the same name, so that's still 25.
