Twitch Drops are not Working as they Should

I was bummed out when i joined the stream late (had a work meeting so couldnt join sooner either way)


But according to these screenshots, its advertised as "any participating channels" . However the progress bar is not updating as i watched any of these streams.

    Just because someone streamed the stream doesn't mean that they are participating channels. That's Twitch's language for the drops, not Kabam's. You should've been watching on Kabam's channel, not someone else's.

    Those are the channels that literally pop up when you click on the drops screen and select any of those 3 rewards

    Let's just understand that "they" is Twitch and not Kabam. There may not be anything they can do.

    Honestly i think you guys should just get rid of this method of giving rewards out as

    1) its misadvertised as shown by my screenshots and as a result you have tons of people asking about drops in those streams

    2) its a super tight window to be able to claim the rewards. An even worse case than mine is an opposite time across the world and the user being asleep.

    Demonz is correct. The time you're concerned about is the window they scheduled with Twitch when the Livestream would take place. It's not the window of time you have to claim the drops. You have a week to claim them, as you can see here:

    8:50am is when they told Twich the Livestream would start.
    11:59am is when they said it would end.

    Thats the time for the livestream. You claim the items during the livestream. 45 minutes is needed and they went for 1.5 hours today.
