Twitch Drops

Not sure if this the place for this but I’m having trouble acquiring my twitch drops from the live stream today. Is this something I should put in a ticket for? Or is there some other action I should take?

Yes, I made sure my account was linked in all the right places as well.

    They get sent to your Twitch account and you claim them there. Go to your notifications, then tap on one of them to go to where you claim them. They get sent to your in-game mail after you claim them.

    Mine are showing as “Claimed” but they’re not in my in game mail.

    Hang tight for a little bit and see if they pop up. If they're still not there later today ping me and I'll check with the team!

    Did you hit a button that said claim on them?
    When I went into my twitch drops menu, it also showed everything from the last stream they did drops on as already claimed. I had to claim the new ones individually and it was somewhat hard to see where they were.

    I just claim mine but one of my alliance member wasn't able to claim it.

    They go to your Twitch account and you have to claim them there before they go to your game account.

    What about us who use YouTube for mcoc stuff I guess we got passed by watched the entire Livestream just to find out I have create a twitch acct and a gleam acct just get rewards everyone should be getting

    So before the giveaway was only available to twitch viewers, there was no way for youtube viewers to enter. Now through gleam (which you shouldn't need to make an account for, should just be authorizing gleam to view your youtube account) viewers on platforms besides Twitch can participate.

    Twitch drops are localized to Twitch thats true, but this was stated at the beginning of the stream and is not the first time we've run them. We definitely want to expand access to more summoners on various platforms, but right now the stream rewards are primarily focused where the majority of the viewers are, on Twitch.

    As much as everyone complains in the forums I figured I'd join the crowd. So instead of summoners getting a code to get small freebies once a month, we have to take vacation time to watch a live twitch to get them instead. Every week there's another reason to quit the game. Earlier this week it was the lame sigil upgrade.

    Yes, it even shows claimed in my twitch inventory

    Of course! The good thing is it is showing as claimed in your account on twitch, one way or another we'll be able to get you your stuff. Hopefully today but worse case next week

    I started a discussion thread but it got taken down then this one popped up it's not about twitch users it's about being fair I watched on YouTube so I asked why we didn't get the same type of reward deal

    Same as OP I have my Kabam and twitch accounts connected I completed the drops and claimed them all 5 hours ago nothing has popped up for me in game still. Hoping to get my twitch drops today or tomorrow!
