Disappointing Saga

I typically don’t like to complain, but this latest Saga has drained me in terms of wanting to play the game.

Deathless sig stones are the “prize” for engaging with the saga (unlike previous sagas where you got items to get a chase champ) when the are plenty of players that don’t have the champions to use them, as well as have them awakened. To top off this underwhelming saga with a restricted chase champion, Deathless Thanos, we get rewarded with a 6 star deathless piece for paragons and above.

I personally didn’t care that I didn’t get Thanos because I wasn’t playing at a paragon/valiant level until October this past year. Nonetheless, to top off a saga that only focused on a certain set of players with an absolutely useless reward feels like it’s a cruel joke. I’m not begging for them to give us a 7* deathless piece, but just don’t give any piece at all if you’re not willing to do that. I haven’t upgraded a 6* in months, I don’t need 1/5 of one where I need to spend units to complete it.

    It is objectively true, not sure why so many disagrees on OP. Previous sagas had progressions and rewards along the way. If you take away Thanos, there's not much to this saga. Even then, getting Thanos was front loaded and not something to work towards by end of the saga.

    It’s bad even if you have awakened Thanos. I am sure I am not the only one who took him to sig 200 when I got him. Now I have these deathless sigs that previously I could put on any saga champ. Not this time - it’s just tossing them on she-hulk or guilly. I have other saga champs I want them on, but nooooo…

    And I am guessing these tagged deathless saga champs aren’t gonna be back in the rotation for a while… good times, good times.

    Yall seem to forget that Jan/Feb months in game are almost always "dry" months due to the workload from the holidays. It has always been this way. Things will pick up again in March.

    For consumers of a product, you obviously don't know anything about the company your purchasing from.

    Congrats, you’ve won the highly coveted award of most entitled person on the forums. Enjoy your crown for the next few days, I’m sure someone with even less of a grip on reality will come along soon enough.

    As for OP I think yeah it kinda sucks if you don’t have the deathless champs, but also remember how much time and effort players put into getting these champions over the course of more than 18 months. Would feel a little empty if the champs were the only point of the whole chase. I mean we’re getting new Everest content, january was a busy month, 9.2 is slated to come out in March/April, so enjoy this next week of nothing much happening, cause the rest of the year is gonna be a non stop rollercoaster of content
