  I'm a bit unclear about what your concern is. Are you concerned that the best rewards in the game go to the highest progression tiers and this might be an error, or are you concerned that Kabam literally no longer wants players lower than Paragon to play the game any more, which would imply that the current Paragons and Valiants are all that we will ever have?
  
  Both complaints seem a bit absurd, so I'm having difficulty guessing which one it might be.

  I assume you are TB, since you point out Paragons and Valiants. You have plenty of stuff to do. About 3 chapters worth of stuff, and if you feel the game is not giving you new content you are right. Why would a game cater to the 3rd progression level when the choice to stay there is their own.

  I not sure why do you need the deathless champs?, I don't get any deathless champ and play threat level 5 without any problem, you can reach the objectives playing with the normal champions of the their deathless versions or with champs that them share sinergies.
  I see what yoy said, it's complicated to do the objectives for the saga tag, even that you shouldn't have problems with treat level 5.

  I challenge you to clear Necro with 5* then. SQ has never been tough. Incursions are mostly luck based and you can use other champs other than deathless on their names.

  Fun fact: before there was an "Uncollected" progression title, there were only 3 difficulty levels for EQs. As progression titles were introduced, so were corresponding difficulty levels, which eventually extended to SQs. The only issue you have then is that you have visibility to content you don't have privileges yet for. It's by design, of course, to stir up that FOMO and all, but understand this: anyone can beat EQ/SQ content with an underdeveloped roster, but one of their key performances metrics is hours of engagement, which is what is needed for these rank ups for progression titles. If you don't put in the time, they won't have time for you.

  Not sure I understand the entire post, but this right here. In the past you could do the higher or lower threat levels. Now we are mostly locked into the one "appropriate" for our level. However, since I'm taking a break from completing the different acts, it's been cool to challenge myself by playing the higher threat levels in this and other content. Mostly I lose, but I am getting better as a player and losing less often. The threat level 5 rewards are a bonus.
