Game has bad response time when playing on phone while its charging

So I've come across a new issue when I'm playing the game while my phone is charging the game doesn't respond well, ill be holding block and it won't block. I've never had this issue before until recently. I know it's not good to use your phone while it's charging but what can I say, im addicted. I was wondering if it's my phone or is it the game? Is anyone else having this issue?

    Charging while playing heats the phone, slowing down its functions. It is also just good practice to not play while charging to maximize battery longevity

    Controls sometimes get botched while charging. Not really an issue normally, but it will be in a game like mcoc
