Question about alliance "eligibility"

Hey guys. Earlier, my son got ahold of my phone while I was doing something else, and somehow managed to leave the alliance I was in. I joined back in within 30 minutes, but now I A) can't join the ongoing war (for which I was backup) and B) will not be able to get rewards.

Am I able to send a ticket in? And if so, is there any way they'll make it so I can join the ongoing war? Or is that not able to be helped?

    Support can and has helped in situations like this, I’d send in a ticket. It’s not going to be for the current war. At best, I’d say they may help you to get season rewards.
