Who to rank up?

I am close to having the necessary tech catalysts to upgrade a tech champion to my first rank 3 7 star, but I don't know who. So, who should I pick? By the way, they are all rank 1s, but I have a 1-2 gem available.

Duped:
Lady Deathstrike
Guillotine 2099
Captain America Sam Wilson

Unduped:
Prowler
Arcade
Sentinel
Iron Man
Howard the Duck

I've seen some videos on Arcade gameplay that make him look fun to play, but since this'll be my first rank 3 I'm leaning seriously into Prowler

    Yep. But with Lady Deathstrike, Prowler, and Arcade, Iron Man is a bit of a eh choice, right?

    I personally rank up attackers over defenders, and the Prowler isn't duped, so I would pick Iron Man. Arcade and Prowler are probably the best options though.
