  if you really cant decide you cant go wrong with either silk or bullseye . but usually just rank up champs who are best for your roster (like strengthening your weaker classes) or champs that help you finish that big piece of content . overall tho you have lots of great R3 candidates

  If you’re worried about having too many science champions, I’d rank up kushala. If not, rank up silk.
