If you’re ten revives deep on the first fight, you have a very long road ahead of you. Gwen is tricky and can trip you up, same for Heimdall. Toad is difficult unless you’re playing well… might want to pull the ripcord.
done with both Cassie and gweenpool. Just realized I cant do side and event quest for the 7* shards and have to just do super daily. I'm getting plat pass soon so that will given me 1000 units to burn. hopefully I'll get my first 3 r3s from epoch(have 2 t4 alpha, need to get 1 from incursions. and the t6 class).Abt 40 revives deep. Remember my account is early Paragon and I'm pretty **** at the game
I wouldn’t even had done this quest to get Valaint and definitely not when you use 10 one the very first fight that’s call for trouble my advice would had to do 8.4 100 and act 9.1 100 or crucible
I'm too lazy to explore anything. This is the laziest way, even if I have to win 3 bgs matches everyday. every stack of 20 revives gives me also 600 units so that totals to Abt 30-35 revives every 20 days. so every 20 days, I can get a boss done. plus I am getting dazzler pass so thats and extra 2000 units. Ill be done by march. I will ultimately have the record for longest and most expensive epoch run of all time!
I do however love the commitment lol. I want you to stay in just to see the commitment haha. At this pace it's easily 200+ revives. I wish you the best of luck!!
He's committed. I'll just be waiting for the final count.
If he’s getting 30 revives every 20 days you’ll be waiting months
Considering where he's at Cassie is going to be 15 revives alone....she's maybe the 3rd or 4th hardest fight on the path ....my guess is August MINIMALLY unless some crazy deal comes out that gives you tons of revives. Id set the over/under at 224.5 revives and if I was a betting man (which I am) I'd be CRUSHING the over
Turn back dude. Cassie is one of the easier fights on that lane. Gwenpool is fine if you can handle reversed controls (most can’t) but can easily catch you with unblockable specials. Toad is a similar story but harder specials to avoid and faster, it’s a brutal fight. Heimdall most are familiar with now, but is harder than Cassie. Prowler with the power drain linked node is a bit of a nightmare, it makes a hard fight even harder.
Yes you should worry about Ares. If you’re 10 revives deep on Cassie that’s easily going to cost you 50+ revives on its own.
You say you’re too deep to turn back, but I’d estimate you’ll need 150 revives for that path if you’re using 10 on Cassie.
bro Heimdall is free he was the first ever AOA fight I did right after I turned paragon. I was soloing him for days. The only problem with Cassie is the parrying, crush and the power drain node combined. Also about to say that I am halfway through iron fist. Onslaught does nicely as his neuros turn into passives cause of all-natural(+10 revives)
While yes Cassie is the hardest fight on that path, 10 revives on Cassie alone does not bode well. If you had not fought iron fisr previously, he's an entirely new fight to be learned and it'll be hard with a r4 OS. at least rank him up
If anyone ever queries what the "Sunk Cost" Fallacy is, just direct them to this thread
will I still get it done or not
Honestly, dude - I'd bail now. Yes you sunk a lot of units/revives into it but from what I've seen you are just not going to get there. You're FAR better off cutting your losses and going to do other content. Much like open world games where you accidentally find yourself in a high-level area that you're not ready for, the best choice is just to go back to what's appropriate for you and keep working.
Get story content done as a main priority - that's where the absolute best effort to rewards ratio is right now.
This bro has willpower, and I'm not talking about the mastery. Well done so far.
thank you, hopefully, I can get these rankups b4 season 27 for bgs cause I got 7* sinister as a cav player and I have a doodoo deck, hopefully Epoch rankups let me finish victory track, highest I have ever gotten was diamond III

No worries, I respect your persistence. I do want to say though, while the game can be a nice distraction from real life, make sure it doesn't interfere with anything important, like school. The last thing you want to be doing while taking AP tests is thinking about who to rank up between Count Nefaria and OG Hulk.

lol, yeah, it just my parents are over protective like on one side they tell me to study at least 6 hrs on weekends even though that is so unecessary cause like I am mostly good for 3 out of the 4 of them, I am locked in though AP lit is actually annoying imo
Prowler time, Heimdel took some revives cause he was being an **** and lag and at 100%, so I did him the next day, soloed him. Prowler is ok, I just need to change onslaught playstyle
Got this guy prowler down to 33%, hopefully ares only takes 20 revives cause I am down to 800 units. finger crossed kushala carries cause I'm not using anyone else for ares

Kind reminder that Ares gains 400% of whatever you heal as permanent attack rating for the fight, and if you recall, Kushala heals block damage at nearly all times.
It’s still possible with her (I’ve done it out of defiance with 9 revives spent) but for a first attempt it isn’t a good idea. You’ll either have to never trigger her parry Blessing (meaning lots of block damage) or trigger it but never get hit.

yeah I realized that and then started on,y using onslaught, used 5 revives and too him down to 50%, his specials are easy peezy after looking at his special in multiple live streams, it just I usually just bait heavies and block damage and also me not having health potions hurts.

2nd [hase is so easy just heavy spam till he reaches sp2, dodge it, then heavy spam again, phase 3 is gonna be tomorrow, current count approx~160 revives, Abt to be 170 by end prob
3rd phase is where it gets challenging. I would read the acts of aggression, tell myself what they were, and still just instinctually dash in and try a ML hit. If you already have his specials down then you may adjust to that well.
Count your losses and step out while you still not that deep in. I made this mistake, went up till Heimdall (that s the hardest fight for me), and quitted out after 30 revives, 20 used on him. I restarted with Chee lith on my team 2 weeks after, since it was nt the mystic path to bring D Man.
