  He could, maybe. I'm not entirely sure he needs it though. Red Hulk has got damage output, not dependent on right rotations and some useful built-in immunities.
  
  You might want to give him a situational Unstoppable or Unblockable into his kit but I'm not sure what else he needs. Maybe something like this:
  
  When Red Hulk reaches 10 Heat Charges he gains an Unblockable Passive for 5 seconds and all hits during this passive are guaranteed Critical Hits.

  The next one is kind of a personal gripe of mine;
  Red Hulk uses weapons, infact it's one of his more discernable characters. But in-game he doesn't I just never really liked that, although I'm well aware that's just not possible anymore unless they release a new version

  it shouldn't be incinerates. When he gets overheated, he emits gamma radiation. I think it would be more true to form to add something like Iboms Toxic Aura or Yellowjacket.
  
  He already had a buff in the past so it's probably a low priority.

  I think he needs a bit more utility, plus true incinerate poison immunity like Kindred and Maestro. Have his heat charges stack more than 10
