it shouldn't be about complaining. Why cant they just fix it and send out the rewards to everyone that are still waiting? Its pretty sad when you cant even get them to give you a concrete response of when the alleged in-game email with rewards will be sent out.

Waiting too long made it worse, now they gotta find a way to filter out the people who got the rewards so they don't get them 2x

You said would be sorted next update, seems clear you didn't with Ultron still not looking to be present, but you just don't seem to want to be transparent as to what has happened or what happens next.

They have to look at data on how many reached 62 before fix

Considering there doesn't really seem to be a consensus they have fixed anything or at least everything this update, they can't even do that yet. Point is they should provide an update and if it was a case of looking at the data on how many people reached 62 before a certain date, that should not be a difficult piece of information to get
They’ve fixed the root issue (2* ultron is now in the game) so now we’re just waiting for them to understand who made level 62 before the fix and issue comp. If it’s anything level the act 4 mastery issue, comp will come out in 18 months.

Considering they fixed it for any new hitting 62 putting all ultron classics in game right yeah they clearly didnt fix anything be patient things take time when they gotta make sure what people need dont need

It’s messier than that. I leveled up to 62 and got the 2* Ultron, but my T5CC never upgraded to an inventory limit of 20. I am still at 15. So they still have to fix that too. They have people stuck in different phases of bugged level 62 rewards.

The level 62 rewards appear to be broken because Ultron went missing. This will be fixed in the next build and those who reach level 62 before that will receive their rewards next month. Sorry for the delay.
It's already next month and still haven't gotten them. The heck!!!
