  If this is your first rank 4, I’d go with Bullseye. He can double up as a great dual threat and the additional rank will also help on attack (when he isn’t banned) He is a very underrated attacker.

  I still think if you run into a counter in Battlegrounds with defense Bullseye has a lot of utility in fights as an attacker in a lot of metas (Crit me with your best shot comes to mind).
