I Have both at rank 2 and am debating who to rank 3… dealing with annoying red skulls and other tech defenders, who do you think is a better rank 3?

    Medusa is better, more consistent and easier to play. You get furies for doing nothing and you get all her utility off ONE sp1. That’s insane

    I think you’re right there - I’m struggling to warm to Scream’s playstyle

    Just because scream just have 25% chance to place bleeds, it's a very low percentage, in the other hand we have Medusa wich has 100% to place armor breaks debuffs and gain furies easily.

    I think you’re right - it’s coming down to ease of use and the access Medusa has instantly

    also take into account that scream has undermine , which is much rarer and harder to counter than true accuracy.

    Yeah scream can take peni and arcade better I believe

    I’m not sure the people commenting on scream have her and know how to use her. She definitely has better damage than Medusa. She’s one of the fastest damage dealing champions in the game. Medusa is the better defender, but scream will do far better on offense against meta defenders.

    Medusa is better on both. Her base damage is very very high. Whereas scream damage only comes from sp2
