Kabam (Osaurus) Rex can you help the hundreds of alliances whose raid is messed up? We have just one BG that has the new nightmare map and 2 bg on the old map. We signed up like we were supposed to. We have sent 7-8 tickets to support with 0 help.

    7-8 tickets aren’t enough to get into raids, so sorry for the inconvenience.

    This is some kind of “competitive game” and if you let this things happen, the other alliances are not in fair competition. A simple ridiculous gift/compensation is not enough and neither something that the affected alliances need. Because you compensate everyone then the advantage still growing even more. Hope you think about it.
