Can someone have the champs at 1.2 million hero rating to complete content that reward rank 4 materials?

    1.2 mill means they didn’t rank up any useless champs (2,3,4,5 stars.) probably.

    So they’ve just ranked up 6 and 7 stars. All the 5 stars and below are most likely untouched.

    Plenty of alt accounts of pro players out there.
    Sadly 99% of these cases are plain cheats.
